[ The bombings happen at noon. From inside IntSec at the Wagon Wheel, the directive to encryption breakers is to immediately find and identify which secret society is responsible. The first thirty minutes are hectic — Felicity's supervisor is constantly pacing between their cubicles, asking for updates. The first chance she gets however, Felicity sends Cisco a message from her workstation, which she's now hacked to access her own PDC remotely. ]

Cisco. We just found out about the explosions in R&D. I just wanted to check in. Are you okay?

[ She's trying not to sound as worried as she actually is. ]

[ She actually manages to delete that one before she sends it. Of course he's staying where he is. ]

[ But once she gets there, and asks for him, a very stubborn nurse refuses to let her see him. Literally, stands in between Felicity and the door to his entire wing. ]

[ There's a little break before her next text, as Felicity tries to decide whether to call Oliver and try to storm their way in, or if she's better off trusting the system this time. ]
