[ Around 14:00, Steve is discharged from the hospital. He sends out a text to the encrypted ss-specials network, as opposed to any particular contact. All messages here will be totally open for all specials to see unless your character encrypts your responses to a particular contact. ]
Hello. This is Steve Rogers. Most of you have met me in-person by now, but if we've never spoken face-to-face, know that I'd like the opportunity to do so.
You all probably know about the shooting yesterday, as well as the attack on Mr. Murdock's office. I believe these attacks were linked. I'll update everyone when I know more. It's my understanding that the rest of you were not harmed, nor were you targets of the attack, but I would like to recommend that everyone exercise additional caution in the coming days.
Regardless of whether we've met: If you find yourself in a situation in which you feel unsafe, do not hesitate to contact me. Either myself, or someone on my team at VSF will come find you immediately.
