[ The pretty blonde on screen is a little more serious than Alpha residents usually see her. She smiles, but it’s very slight and it doesn’t quite reach her eyes. She reports the amount of lead in the water, recites the usual drivel about the computer being your friend and informs everyone about the Citizen Improvement ‘opportunity’ tonight. She puts her notes down on the surface in front of her as her expression goes a little harder and a lot more defiant.]

As many of you know, vicious attacks were made against Steve Rogers and Matt Murdock. I’m sure you’ll be pleased to know that both men are doing well and are going to be absolutely fine. Remember, hurting Alpha Citizens is only hurting the Computer and why would we want to do that? The Computer is our friend.

[ She smiles then, still a half-effort thing that doesn’t quite reach her eyes then signs off, except...she doesn’t sign off. She sends a text message encrypted to Specials.]

I’m getting really tired of this and kind of scared. Anyone have any ideas for improving relationships between Specials and Alphas? I mean, there’s the obvious stick together--and if anyone needs a buddy to go anywhere, or do anything I’m volunteering--but that’s a stop gap, not an actual solution.

Hello, my name is Lydia and I'm the owner and creator of True Alpha Bath and Body. In light of the night's festivities, I wanted to announce to all Citizens that my hours of operation will be truncated: the shop will be closed from 13:00 until tomorrow.

That said, today, all True Alpha products are half price for clearance levels RED through YELLOW. For INFRARED clearance, all products are Buy One, Get Two Free.

In addition, for one day only, all products, including beta testing samples, are available to all clearance levels.

Lastly, from 13:30 through 16:00, True Alpha will reopen, not for business, but for styling. If you need help with looking your Alpha best for the Charity Ball, please stop by. Well, combusting wasn an issue when I was testing the new PDCs a week ago. I guess I should have tried harder. ~~Or done more to put them through their paces~~

Anybody been to the nightclub and have a review of the place, or planning on going any time? I haven't gotten out there yet, so it can't hurt to ask for an opinion before I try. I can't even remember the last time I've unwound.

I know I haven't poked you much since talking about your soap and perfume, but I'm more than a little bit curious.... How exactly did you go about getting True Alpha started? You said you'd already done the testing for the soaps when you reached out for a focus group, but how did you start the process exactly? That's if you're allowed to actually say, anyway.

She'd debated for a long time on whether she ought to address the incident with the coffee, but had decided against it, mostly because she remembers very clearly the things she'd done while drugged up. ]

Good Morning, Alpha Citizens. I'm Gracie Cannell bringing you the morning report along with a few reminders.

[ The girl on screen looks excited to be reporting even the drab things. She's wearing a RED jumpsuit and her curly hair has been pulled back off her face. She reports the standard statistics like lead in the water and temperature. She's obviously very comfortable in front of the camera and only briefly glances to her notes as she makes her report.]

Be sure to attend tonight's Citizen Improvement. Several of your fellow citizens will be recognized for their outstanding work in the complex. Special Natasha Romanov won the annual running of the halls. Congratulations, Natasha.

[ She sobers a little, putting down her notes. ] I also want to remind everyone that participation in secret societies is treason. We've had a rash of incidents lately. We all need to stop and think about who we're really hurting. By working together, we can accomplish so much more and innocent citizens aren't harmed.

In the realm of toiletries (bath, hair, and personal care products, specifically), what kinds of things would you like to see available in the Commissary?  What was your usual regimen in the life you had back home in your glitches?  What kind of products did you use?  What sorts of things in that vein do you miss the most?

Feedback.  Did you like the scents?  What kind of improvements would you suggest?  Did the soaps lather well?  Does the texture feel all right on your skin/doesn't leave like a filmy residue or anything like that?  What about the perfume/cologne?  Too strong, just right, not strong enough?  Any feedback at all, positive or negative, is what I'm looking for, here.  Let's hear it and feel free to discuss with one another in my absence, as well, because I'm interested in reading that, too.

Felicity and Dick, see if you can figure out a way to crank out some labels; I'll give you some sketches if you need guidance for a design or whatever, but I don't know how the whole printing aspect or whatever will work here. I need ~~guinea pigs~~ volunteers to try these soaps and perfumes and give me feedback. They're safe, I've already tested that on my own; I'm looking for feedback on the scents and the tactile sensation of them, colors, stuff like that. Basically, I'm looking for a focus group. I'm not paying anyone for this, but the up side is you get to smell better than the rest of the Alphas around here? Please let me know if you're interested.

I also need two or three people who can help with production so that I can get a decent-sized order ready, once QA approves whatever prototypes I send them. Does anyone actually know the year? It seems like I am a... little out of time compared to everyone else I have met here.

I also seek someone who would be agreeable to helping me acclimate, there are no computers where I am from and it is like trying to speak Welsh backwards to understand them by myself. I haven't much to offer in return, aside from my very good company and being good at swords, languages, dancing... I suppose if you have a need to learn the talents of a noble woman who likes getting into fights, then I'm your girl.

My room is 1103 or I work in hydroponics if you do not wish to communicate via these devices. Heaven knows, I wouldn't blame you.
